Jordy’s course and classes are amazing. I would walk into class each morning to find Jordy already meditating and in his calm, grounding state. Always a good atmosphere with flowers or candles. We learned not only the different types of breath techniques, but some background on anatomy, physiology and why everything is important! Very comprehensive! Even the tone and pace of his teaching were impressive for someone like me with a very short attention span! Classes were always interesting and engaging. The breath-work/ pranayama we learned is one of the most important skills I’ve ever learned because it has profoundly helped me with meditating and daily practice.
Jordy is truly one of the most incredible people I’ve ever met in 15 years of traveling! He has such a calm and grounding energy. He is an amazing teacher. Very enthusiastic and engaging.
I would recommend this course to everyone. Breathing is the essence of life and learning proper technique from someone so experienced is something that will enhance your life forever. If I’m nervous, tired, anxious or getting into a meditative state I can use all of the tools learned in this class! It didn’t feel like class. It felt like hanging with a friend and I truly enjoyed Jordy’s energy and wisdom.
