Thanks to the technology of Pranayama and the understanding of breathing, I was able to expand my energy centers (chakras) and release old emotions stuck in my chest and back. As the heart center opened, the vital energy in my bodies expanded and the channeling service I offer was enhanced. This would not have been possible without Jordy's guidance and instruction. When I took the classes with him I had great physical pain in my chest and difficulty breathing normally.
